Spain’s Endesa agrees 6 bln euros in divs – source

MADRID, Feb 20 (Reuters) – The board of Spanish power
utility Endesa has agreed to pay shareholders some 6
billion euros ($7.55 billion) in dividends, including a special
dividend, a source with knowledge of the decision said on
Friday.
